VMC and CNC Programmer cum Supervisor

Job Description

• He will be responsible for creating the programs (Manually & Software) that instruct CNC & VMC machines to perform machining operations.
• Must interpret design blueprints, write and modify programs, and optimize cutting parameters to achieve desired part specifications
• Can use specialized software to create programs that define the cutting paths, tool movements, speeds, and feeds for the CNC & VMC machine
• Fine-tune parameters like cutting speed, feed rate, and coolant flow to optimize machining time and ensure quality.
• Involved in setting up the CNC & VMC machine, including loading tooling and workpieces.
• Run test cycles to verify programs and adjust machine settings as needed.
• Troubleshoot issues that arise during machining, such as tool breakage or programming errors.
• He should perform quality checks on finished parts to ensure they meet specifications
• Continuously implementing new technologies and processes to enhance production efficiency.
• Studying and writing the sequence of the process of machining drawings.
• Studying NPD drawings and giving instructions to R&D for the Manufacturing Easiness and part manufacturability
• Knowledgeable on various precision CNC & VMC machinery DMG MORI and machining practices, the properties of materials, and the application of mathematics and dimensions to production machinery and tooling.
• Will be responsible for keeping records of machine operations, program versions, and maintenance activities.
• He may train new operators on how to operate CNC machines and use programming software.
• He adheres to safety protocols when working with CNC machines and tools.
• Knowledge of Maintaining OEE Sheet
• Experience on Funac & Siemen Panel
• Provide feedback on new project
• Working on Mazzak (CNC) & DMG Mori (VMC) will be plus Point.

• Good communication skills in English
• Should be handle team
• Ability to work independently

• Must come with 6-10 years of experience in Manufacturing Industry.
• Diploma/BE from any stream with prove experience.
