Job Description
Position: Sales & Application Specialist/Intern
Location: PAN India
Roles & Responsibilities
Sales:
- Identify potential markets for BPL Product expansion.
- Carrying out cold calls, updating Managers on quotations to be sent, basis customer requirements.
- Identify upcoming Nursing Homes / Diagnostic Centres and understand their immediate & future requirements and work upon closing deals (Project based) with them along with the rest of the team.
- Following the entire sales process and closing deals successfully towards meeting monthly / quarterly / yearly targets.
- Working continuously with Channel Partners and help them with Secondary Sales of our products.
- Identifying the needs and requirements of customers to meet their business goals.
- Developing customer relationships at the highest levels and driving account penetration objectives.
Application Support:
- To handle pre-sale and post-sale demonstration of the BPL products.
- To involve in all technical discussions regarding product features / applicability to enable Sales team on the field. To Improve customer connection & support across India.
- Develop and maintain efficient knowledge on competitor products and provide input to Management.
- Demonstrating the value proposition of technical solutions through customized product demonstrations.
- Work independently and in cooperation with Sales and Service to provide excellent customer satisfaction in all customer interactions.
Skills Required:
- Negotiation & Demonstration Skills.
- Lead Generation & Conversion – Identifying potential clients and converting leads to closed deals
- Market Research – Understanding competitor offerings and current market trends
- Strong Communication – Ability to explain complex equipment features in simple terms
- Relationship Building – Building long-term trust with doctors, hospital procurement teams, and key decision-makers
- Time Management – Efficiently managing a territory or multiple clients
- Problem-Solving – Handling objections or technical issues raised by clients.
Good to Know:
- Medical Equipment Knowledge – Understanding the product portfolio (e.g., diagnostic, surgical, imaging, or monitoring equipment).
- Clinical Understanding – Familiarity with medical terminologies, hospital workflows, and how the equipment is used in real settings.
